Restoring the coating (rubberisation) of rollers using rubber compounds and polyurethanes
- The high wear resistance characteristics of one- and two-component polyurethane coatings make them widely used in various industries.
- The polyurethanes are supplied from the UK.
- Rubber compounds used: NBR, NBR/PVC, EPDM, HY, NE, SBR, XNBR, SILICONE, EPDM/Silicone. A wide range of rubber grades allows you to choose the coating with the best performance characteristics for any application (see the table of properties).
- The tyres are supplied from Germany, England and Italy.
- Special coatings for printing and industrial equipment - containing hydrophilic elements, resistant to abrasion, aggressive chemicals
Rollers manufacturing (metal rods)
- With the necessary metalworking equipment (turning, milling, grinding machines - including CNC, balancing, etc.), DESSA-NV performs the full range of works: diagnostics, repair, and manufacture of roller fittings in the shortest possible time at a high technical level.
- The metal surface of the shafts can be further coated with rubber/polyurethane or finished according to the technical specification.
