What types of rubber shafts do you manufacture?
We manufacture rubber and polyurethane shafts for various industries: printing, food, metallurgy, woodworking, and packaging. The diameter of the shafts is up to 800 mm, the length is 7 m, and the weight is up to 10 tonnes.
Each shaft is made to order, taking into account the operating conditions, temperature and chemical exposure.
What is the difference between shaft regeneration and new production?
Shaft regeneration is the restoration of old shafts by replacing or applying a new rubber (polyurethane) coating, grinding and balancing.
This is cheaper and faster than manufacturing a new shaft and allows the product to be fully restored to its original performance.
What materials do you use to cover the shafts?
Depending on the operating conditions, we use natural rubber, silicone, nitrile-butadiene (NBR), hi-polyester, EPDM, EPDM-Silicone, polyurethanes and others. Materials are supplied from Europe from the best chemical companies that have been specialising in the development and preparation of rubbers (polyurethanes) for the production of shafts for a wide range of applications for many years. .
All materials are tested for wear resistance, heat resistance and chemical resistance, which guarantees the durability of the coating.
Is it possible to order the manufacture of a shaft according to a drawing or sample?
Yes, we accept individual orders based on a customer's drawing or sample.
Our engineers help to optimise the design to improve wear resistance and fit accuracy.
What is the timeframe for manufacturing or regeneration of shafts?
Depending on the type of product, the lead time is 5 to 10 working days for shaft regeneration (rubberisation) and 10 working days for manufacturing. .
For regular customers, expedited production or an exchange stock of shafts for the most common printing equipment is available.
What guarantees do you provide for rubber or polyurethane coatings?
All products are guaranteed for 6 to 12 months, depending on the brand of material used.
The coating is tested for hardness, adhesion and geometry before being shipped to the customer.
Do you balance and grind the shafts after rubberisation?
For example, precision grinding and dynamic balancing are mandatory steps before each shaft is delivered. This ensures stable, vibration-free operation and even surface contact during operation.
Do you repair the metal shaft base before coating?
Thus, we carry out the restoration of the axle, bearing seats, including complete replacement of trunnions, geometry correction and welding. It is important that the shaft after rubberisation has precise parameters and does not overload the equipment.
Can I order a special coating for contact with chemicals or high temperatures?
For example, we have heat-resistant and chemically inert coatings adapted to work with acids, solvents, oil, paints, adhesives or hot surfaces.
Is it possible to ship shafts within Ukraine or abroad?
Yes, we accept orders from all over Ukraine and the EU.
The shafts are transported in special packaging - with a protective film, wooden base and labelling.
