The high wear resistance characteristics of one- and two-component polyurethane coatings make them widely used in various industries. The polyurethanes are supplied from the UK.
Rubber compounds used: NBR, NBR/PVC, EPDM, HY, NE, SBR, XNBR, SILICONE, EPDM/Silicone. A wide range of rubber grades allows you to choose a coating with the best performance characteristics for any application (see the table of properties). Rubber is supplied from Germany, England and Italy. Special coatings for printing and industrial equipment - containing hydrophilic elements, resistant to abrasion, aggressive chemicals.

All types of turning, milling, grinding, heat treatment, balancing - up to 3m, chrome plating (galvanising) - up to 5m, chrome plating (spraying) - up to 2m are performed.
The production facility with a total area of more than 3,500 square metres annually recovers and manufactures 25,000 to 30,000 rollers of various sizes. The full range of metalworking equipment, which includes turning, milling and grinding machines, allows the company to produce new rollers with a metal core with a high accuracy class in a short time.
Control of all stages of production - from the receipt of materials and the performance of technological operations to finished products - ensures high quality products in accordance with international ISO standards.
