Production and repairing of banana smoothing rollers
The banana roll is designed to smooth out and eliminate wrinkles when rewinding coiled materials. The banana roll is usually followed by a feeder device that feeds the material without wrinkles.

Banana rolls are installed on extrusion machines, flexo machines, spool cutters and other equipment that requires removing creases in the material.
The banana rolls work by stretching the material through the curved axis of the shaft, creating tension from the centre of the banana shaft axis, and then moving the curved axis to the edges of the shaft, smoothing out the wrinkles in the material.
