🔧 Restoration of the slugs (sleeves): replacement of the rubber coating and grinding
At Dessa-NV LLC, we carry out the complete restoration of sleeves (slides) for printing, packaging and other roll-to-roll equipment.

A sleeve is a replaceable rubber element that is fitted to the shaft to ensure proper pressure and contact with the material.

🛠 What is included in the service:
🔄 Thinking about words with (replacement of worn rubber coating)
We completely remove the old layer of rubber, prepare the substrate and apply a new coating in accordance with the working conditions (temperature, chemistry, mechanical loads).

High-precision grinding
Accuracy of up to 0.01 mm is achieved with the formation of the required profile - straight, cone, cylinder or bombardment.

🧩 Equipment for working with words
We use special additional equipment of our own production to process and rubberise the sleeves, which allows us to:

ensure a tight fit to the main shaft without play;

to obtain a uniform thickness along the entire length.

📐 What kind of rubber we use
✔️ NBR - for handling oils and greases
✔️ EPDM - for chemically aggressive environments
✔️ SBR - for wear resistance
✔️ Polyurethane - for high loads
✔️ Silicone - for temperatures up to +250 °C
